When travelling, we are often so tired after a day’s exploring, that we can’t pull ourselves out of doors after dinner. That is a shame, as the entire atmosphere changes after dark. Surprised to see so few people out and about in Aix-en-Provence, though. Usually the streets would be mobbed in the cooler Mediterranean evenings.

I guess this is only my way of taking photos. I like it clean and sometimes I even wait until nobody is there :-).

I did the same in the middle of day in the narrow streets of Menton. I was going for the afternoon siesta look and the fact that there was a flea market in the town square really helped me out. I recall getting a bit put out when anyone walked down the street and into my perfect shot. How dare they? Cheers.
