Oh thanks! It’s a mix between family food traditions and new experiments. We are making the goose roast since I can remember, first, my grandma did it, than my Dad, now it’s Mum and me. It comes together with sauerkraut and semmelknödel (Austrian dumplings made of breadcrumps and pasta dough).
I did the pavlova for the first time and it really came out well. It’s very tasty, simple to do and a recipe from Donna Hay 🙂

I’ve had those dumplings in Switzerland. Really enjoyed them. Is there a traditional drink as well.

In Austria traditionally you would have a „Grüner Veltliner“ with it, which is a very dry white wine.
