We went to Görlsdorf to have a nice weekend with friends an d took several short hikes around the village which are now all shown in this post. Görlsdorf is in the East of Brandenburg, not far from Seelow and it is a very picturesque and natural location.
The snake on the picture is a gras snake (Ringelnatter) and it’s not dangerous.

Ah, beautiful photo’s … I love to see just how happy Pavlov is on these outings! The reflection of the trees in the water is such a serene picture – really pretty!
As for the snake … although it’s not dangerous, I would take a very wide angle around him/her 😳.

There is only one dangerous snake in Germany (Kreuzotter) and I have never seen one in my life.
