This tour is from June this year and the poppies were in bloom. We had a nice hike through the fields near Stolzenhagen and Pavlov was very tempted to jump into the river. We visited a small Museum in the village and discovered a lot of stuff our Grandmas already had. When I look at the pictures, I wish summer would come back for a while.

Aren’t poppies glorious? The weather is still warm here but the best of the flowers gone until Spring.

Winter is coming over here. We already have to heat up all our stoves. For that – and only for that – I’m quite glad that we had to cut down one of the big old pine trees this spring.
