Wow! What a change of atmosphere when you wake up and everything is cold, white and shiny.

This was Corona Autumn 2021. I’m grateful for all the friends coming along for seeing us and take a walk through the forest together. Please come again.
A beautiful lake and a Fairytale-Phantasie-Castle – just enough to have a very nice autumnal hike. Pavlov went INTO a lake but he was shivering afterwards, so I decided that this would be the last time swimming until April next year for him. Poor Pavlov – always those parents decisions.
A fine hike on a bright Sunday afternoon to beautiful Klobichsee. Have a cup of coffee in the middle of the forest at Drei Eichen.
Compared to last year it rained quite a lot this year and everything is green and blooming in June. Pavlov likes to bite plants.
Incredibly great changes become visible when taking pictures of the same garden very early in the morning or after the rain. I’m always impressed how nature changes during the seasons or with light and weather.
Still not in form, we chose to have a short walk near Garzin along Haussee and over the fields. What shall I say? Spring really tries, but the weather is still cold and mostly dark and a lot of plants still wait for their signal to start their new life in bloom. Pavlov is getting bigger and bigger and is coming back when we are calling quite steadlily. He chased the two huge cranes over the fields and even came back when I called him in the middle of hunting. Maybe only because the cranes started flying away and he recognized, that his chances of catching them were very thin.
On the last picture Pavlov is becoming a grown up :-). He still pees like a baby, only some times – very rarely – he lifts his leg.
Having a dog, means hanging out in the park quite frequently. But who would have thought, that this leads to new friends? Like that I got to know Palina. She fell in love with Pavlov and told me, she will soon have a dog herself. Than I got to know her Mum Natalija and her dog Pandora, a 3 month old Maremmano-Mix. I think we just connected at first sight and I invited them to come over to the little house on the prairie. What a fun afternoon we had!
We had a nice Sunday afternoon walk near Lichtenow with friends. Pavlov didn’t want to take the backpack option this time and we observed a big group of deer far from us.
We hiked around Schönower Heide in the North of Berlin this Sunday and everything was dusted with frost and snow. With the sun rays falling on the landscape there was really some magic in viewing this. Pavlov the dog is still a baby and just stops walking after a while. Of course we brought an extra “doggy bag” with us, to carry him around. In the evening, after all those adventures (we saw birds and deer and a lot of other dogs) he fell asleep on my wellingtons.
