We visited the small village of Berolzheim and took a walk to “Linni” (Lindich) a piece of forest and fields which once was partly owned by my Grandpa. My memories aren’t very vivid, I just remember a playground he made out of trees.
I’m so sad looking at those pictures. On the second and fifth you can see the huge trees on the neighbours estate. Well, they are all cut down now. 20 huge pine trees. Gone. On the other hand:
I really like the new neighbors. I’m just sad, that they don’t like trees.
Having friends in the house with food and activities – what can be better?
Compared to last year it rained quite a lot this year and everything is green and blooming in June. Pavlov likes to bite plants.
Coco came to visit Pavlov or – you can also say – Eva and Olli came to visit us we had coffee and the two dogs played for hours, slept, played again and killed my bergenia field. Coco is a Great Dane and will soon be much bigger than Pavlov.
Incredibly great changes become visible when taking pictures of the same garden very early in the morning or after the rain. I’m always impressed how nature changes during the seasons or with light and weather.
It’s still cold and we have frosty nights and mornings, but spring is coming undeniably!
Finally some snow! I would really love it unconditionally if I could trust car drivers to drive cautious and safely but I can’t. So I enjoy this light and silence while I am far away from roads. Here are some pictures from our garden and from a walk in the near forest.
We went from Buckow to Dreieichen trough Stobbertal and the forest above. On our way the weather changed from sunny to foggy and we had some cool dusty forest views.
We had a rainy hike from Spitzmühle around Fängersee and Kesselsee. Surrounded by slight fog and the stillness of nature the shiny new year said hello to us tenderly.
